1958 was the busiest year so far for the Wyong Drama Group which resulted in FOUR productions - a Revue in March (entitled Happy Days); Sit Down a Minute, Adrian in April; Bernard Shaw's Pygmalion in August and Quiet Weekend in December. Rene Levenspiel produced the first three (with help from co-producer June Colqhuoun for the April and August shows), and Aub Brown produced his second show with Quiet Weekend. It's interesting to note that the director was still being referred to at this time as "the Producer", borrowing from the English rather than American tradition. 1958 was also a year of note because of the introduction of a member who is still a current member to this day. The revue Happy Days involved forty-one people. It featured a number of the group's stalwarts at that time, but it also brought in some new faces. One of those new faces was none other than Bonnie Bryant.
