General notes re accessing online files here

To read pdf files, click on the link and the pdf file will open into Adobe Acrobat Reader, in a new window.  You can resize this window once it opens, to the most appropriate for your needs.  If you are on dial-up, you'll be able to see how many bytes are remaining to receive by looking at the lower left hand side of the screen.  You can also right-click each link and choose "Save Target As" to get a copy of the file on to your hard drive should you wish to save it for future reference and not immediately read it.  You can also choose to save the file with Adobe Acrobat Reader if you have opened it by left-clicking it.  To do this, use the first (File) menu from Acrobat Reader and choose "Save a Copy".

As an alternative to reading a text file online by simply clicking on it, you can right-click each link and choose "Save Target As".  This will result in the actual file being sent to your computer to do with as you wish.  You can do this with most of the links at this site (and other sites).

To access the files on the links above, the right-click technique is probably the best method, although you can simply (left-) click the links, and they will open in your browser window.  The right-click method allows you to do more than simply download, and pulls up a sub-menu giving you your options at that time.  Naturally, you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader on your system to read them, but if you haven't by now, you should have!
