Booking Information

Here are detailed instructions on exactly how to make a booking at Wyong
Drama Group.
Note that the bookings line is NOT open all year. It is generally
attended for about three weeks before each show. It is operated by volunteers
who are giving their time for free, so please limit your calls from 9 am to 9
pm.
We will need to know your name, telephone number, how many tickets you
require, and which performance you wish to attend. Please be aware that on most
Saturdays there is both a Matinee and Evening session (so please also let us
know which time you'd like as well).
Step 1:
Telephone your booking details.
Phone our bookings line on:
(02) 4353-4353
Seating allocation is according to the date of making the
telephone booking, as long as it is paid then by Credit Card, or other method at
least 1 week prior to show.
Step 2:
Pay by one of the following 4 methods:
1)
Phone through your Credit Card details when you book
Please never email your credit card details. (Why not? See
below) **
2)
Mail a cheque/money
order (with an identifying note) to:
Wyong Drama Group
PO Box 359
WYONG NSW 2259
3)
Pay by Cash at
:
Albert's General Store & Internet Café
Railway Square
WYONG
(at the south-western end of Wyong Railway Station carpark)
4)
Pay by Cash at
the door
However we cannot give priority seating allocation
to bookings paid for in this way.

NB:
For priority seating, tickets must be paid for at least 1 week before the
chosen show date

** You should never email credit card details to anybody! Email is not a secure
method of transmission. Your email will be transported by a number of
intermediate sites over which you have no control. There have been cases
of trawlers
automatically looking for credit card numbers within emails. They search
for strings of numbers like "4564-" and "5353-" (ie starting numbers of Visa and
Mastercards, etc). We'd hate to
have fraudulent transactions made on your card merely because you are booking
tickets to one of our shows, so to avoid this risk please don't ever send your credit
card details by email (to anyone, not just us).
[Note that if the website
you are on has secure encryption (https:// rather than just http://), this is
safe, but I can categorically assure you that this site does not have this facility (yet?)]
