Other Times by Ray Lawler
Other Times is the second instalment in Ray Lawler's Doll Trilogy - it is set just after World War I in Melbourne, and in contrast to Kid Stakes (set in 1937) and Summer of the Seventeenth Doll (set in 1953) this show takes place in winter. We presented the play with your present scribe (Peter Deane) as director. It opened on Thursday April 18 at 8pm to a small but highly appreciative audience.
