Home Fires Burning
This was one of the last plays to be directed by Bonnie Bryant, and it was brilliant. It won no less than five awards: Best Actor (for Laszlo Weidlich); Best Direction (for Bonnie); Best Ensemble Performance; Best Set and Best Unpublished Play. Bonnie had presented the play before in April 1983, July 1990, and August 1993. As a tribute to Bonnie we present a video of the entire production online. Day Trippers by Jean McConnell
This was part of the Deckchairs series of One-Act plays about English people visiting the beach. It was directed by Millie Sampson, and was a two-hander with Denise Pastor and Pam Campbell.
