Trivial Pursuits by Frank Vickery

This is a relatively well-known farce by Frank Vickery.  It opened on 22 April and closed on 1 May 1993 and was directed by Margaret McGowan.  Written originally for the British stage, the play nis about the goings-on in a Welsh amateur society.  Margaret adapted the play for the local area, and became about the Tuggerah Reagion and Lakes Area Light Opera Amateur Society, or the TRALALAS.  This fictitious group is celebrating its twentieth anniversary in a backyard barbecue, and all the stock characters of a drama group have gathered together to celebrate with hilarious consequences.
